Two men have been hospitalised after a serious assault in the Midlands.
The incident took place in the Teffia Park area of Longford Town yesterday evening at around 9pm.
Two men, in their 20s and 30s have been brought to the Regional Hospital in Mullingar for treatment to serious injuries.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward.
Road users who may have camera footage, including dash-cam and were travelling in the area of Teffia Park at the time are asked to get in touch with Gardaí.
