The first car was spotted turning away from a mandatory intoxication checkpoint on the M7 and was then stopped and seized.
A second vehicle was detected using automatic number plate recognition and was also seized.
The driver of the second car was also issued with a fixed charge notice for his seat belt being buckled around the back of his seat.
Court proceedings have started in both cases.
