The recovery application covers litigation from August 2022 to July 2023.
A Westmeath school is looking for €300,000 from Enoch Burke in legal costs.
The costs relate to just the first year of the litigation saga between Wilson's Hospital School and the history and German teacher.
A another eight bills of cost are being drafted, according to the Irish Times.
Mr Burke, who is serving a fifth spell behind bars for civil contempt of court, is also liable for €225,000 in High Court fines for failing to follow a court order to stay away from the school.
The State's legal costs adjudicator is expected to deliver a decision on the school's application in April.
