A Westmeath town is taking the spotlight in this year’s An Post Peak Christmas season.
An Post invested €5 million in installing automated parcel sorting at the Athlone Mails Centre, along with all the state-of-the-art technology needed to support it this year.
It has processed over 2 million parcels since the start of this year’s Christmas peak.
