Rathowen Community Development speeding to be reduced.
A Westmeath Community group is holding an emergency meeting to reduce speeding through villages.
It comes after a severe crash in Rathowen hospitalised two men, four weeks ago.
Rathowen Community Development are asking for speed reducing measures like ramps, as motorists have travelled at up to 100 kilometres per hour through the village.
The meeting will take place in Rathowen Community Hall next Wednesday at 8 o'clock.
