After being pipped at the post by Offaly last Saturday, Laois are looking for salvation against Wexford.
Laois will be looking to pick themselves up off the floor to find a way to progress in the All Ireland Senior Hurling Championship this weekend.
The O'Moore County were beaten at the death in Croke Park in the Joe McDonagh Cup final against Offaly last time out, and will be welcoming Wexford to O'Moore Park on Saturday for a championship preliminary quarter final.
Willie Maher believes his players will have to be at their best to beat the Leinster Championship side.
