The Clara man is looking to win his first PGA Championship this week.
There are four Irish players in the field for this week's US PGA Championship at Oak Hill in New York.
World Number 3 Rory McIlroy, the 2019 Open Champion, Offaly's Shane Lowry, Seamus Power and three time major winner Padraig Harrington.
McIlroy won the tournament in 2012 and 2014 and is nine years without a major.
Harrington won the PGA back in 2008.
A tricky course with demanding rough, means the winner could card "low single digits" under par on Sunday according to Lowry:
The tournament gets underway on Thursday.
