Offaly's Nichola Fryday has been named to start as Ireland open their Six Nations Women's campaign this weekend.
She'll win her 16th cap in the second row alongside Aoife McDermott.
Adam Griggs included three uncapped players in his squad for the game against Wales on Saturday.
Kick-off is at 5pm.
