Throw in is at 5:30 in Portlaoise on Sunday.
Offaly and Kildare will contest the final spot in the last four of this years Leinster Championship on Sunday.
John Maughan's side will be looking for an improved performance from the one that saw them end last week's victory over Carlow with a few nervy moments.
Kildare on the other hand come into the game without a championship game under their belt but with boosted confidence from retaining their division two status in the league.
Offaly will be dealing with a couple of injuries but journalist Mary Dunne says the panel has the ability to mix it at this level:
John Maughan has made two changes to his Offaly team to face Kildare this weekend.
St. Rynagh's Joseph O'Connor comes in at wing back and Cian Farrell of Edenderry returns to the full forward line.
Colm Doyle and Shane Horan drop out with Peter Cunningham reverting to wing forward.
Kildare manager Jack O'Connor has handed first Championship starts to five players.
Shea Ryan, Darragh Malone, Con Kavanagh, Aaron Masterson and Darragh Kirwan have all been named in the team for the game in Portlaoise.
Daniel Flynn has also been passed fit to start at corner forward.
The Offaly hurling & football teams have been named for the games v Derry (Christy Ring Cup) & Kildare (Leinster SFC).
