It was a weekend of upsets in the Laois SFC.
None more so than in O'Moore Park on Saturday where Portlaoise lost only their 3rd Championship game in 14 years.
Portarlington recorded their first victory over the reigning county champions since 2001 to cement their place in the quarter-finals.

Elsewhere, Ballylinan defeated Rosenallis.
St. Joseph's overcame Stradbally also on Saturday.
Then on Sunday, there were wins for Arles/Killeen, Ballyfin and Graiguecullen.
