More than half of workers feel leadership in the workplace is out of touch, and 45% feel burned out.
A Microsoft Ireland survey found a lack of confidence in leadership, well-being challenges, lack of professional recognition and work-life balance were the top drivers behind why workers changed roles in the last 12 months.
However, 77% highlighted they're happy at work, while 66% feel they have the right work-life balance.
General Manager of Microsoft Ireland, Anne Sheehan, says the research aims to highlight issues which can be addressed to improve the lives of employees:
