Children will be dressing up as their favourite characters for school today too!
It's World Book Day!
To celebrate, the global event has teamed up with groups like Children's Books Ireland and the national council of the blind to gift 6,500 books to charities.
An Post will also be delivering over 14,000 books to children in hospitals, direct provision centres, homelessness services and the travelling community.
With support from the National Council of the Blind, all €1.50 titles are available in Braille, audio and digital formats for the first time.
