They include three former TDs in the midlands.
38 former TDs have received retirement payments of an average of 28,000 euro since February's general election.
As of mid-April, they'd been paid a total of nearly 1.1 million in lump sums and termination payments.
53 TDs retired or lost their seats in February.
Fine Gael's Marcella Corcoran Kennedy lost her seat in Offaly, along with independent Kevin 'Boxer' Moran in Longford-Westmeath.
His constituency colleague, Labour's Willie Penrose retired.
Fianna Fáil's Eugene Murphy also lost his seat but isn't eligible for the payments as he's since become a senator.
