Oliver Mulvey won the county minor championship with Mullingar Shamrocks back in 1961, but missed out on the presentation ceremony.
Inspired by a "Remember The Team" feature on the club's social media, he got in touch and a presentation ceremony was organised.
Club PRO Tom Hunt says, the 60 year wait made the occasion all the more memorable.
