Paul O'Donoghue says the charity is under increasing strain due to increased demand and the cost-of-living crisis.
The group provides alcohol, drug and gambling addiction treatment, and provides residential treatment for around 500 people every night in its centres in Athy, and in Limerick, Down, Galway, and Cork.
