ALDI is set to create 27 new jobs in the midlands.
It comes as part of a national campaign, which would see 340 new staff recruited between now and Christmas, with 13 positions available in Laois, eight in Westmeath and six in Offaly.
There are 160 stores in Ireland, including three in Laois, four in Westmeath and two in Offaly.
