New stats from the CSO show housing completions are down in the Midlands by six per cent.
There's a long list of much needed remedies if Ireland is to deliver the required level of housing for its population.
That's what the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers is saying after new stats from the CSO showed housing completions in the first quarter of this year, are down six per cent in the midlands when compared to the same period last year.
The decrease is double that when compared to the last three months of last year.
IPAV wants local construction companies incentivised to build locally.
