The HSE seems to be happy enough to let a former midlands psychiatric hospital rot away.
That's according to Westmeath Green Party Councillor Hazel Smyth, who believes it's a crying shame that there is no plan in place for St. Loman's in Mullingar.
Despite the fact the facility has been closed for almost decade, it is still being heated.
Cllr Smyth says it and St. Peter's in Castlepollard could be used for housing:
