HSE Seems Happy To Let Buildings "Rot Away"

Westmeath Councillor Hazel Smyth wants to see a plan for a former midlands psychiatric hospital.

The HSE seems to be happy enough to let a former midlands psychiatric hospital rot away. 

That's according to Westmeath Green Party Councillor Hazel Smyth, who believes it's a crying shame that there is no plan in place for St. Loman's in Mullingar. 

Despite the fact the facility has been closed for almost decade, it is still being heated.
