Three people have been arrested following drug seizures in Westmeath and Cork.
A car was searched in Glanmire in county Cork on Tuesday with 59,000 euro in cash seized.
The driver, a man in his 20s and a teenage girl were arrested and have since been released.
During a follow-up search in Athlone in Westmeath yesterday, 40,000 euro worth of cannabis was taken.
A teenage boy was taken into custody following the seizure and is currently being questioned at Athlone Garda Station.
