The former schoolteacher has spent over 670 days in prison.
Enoch Burke is once again refusing to purge his contempt at the High Court today, according to the Irish Independent.
The teacher has been involved in a long running dispute over his dismissal from Wilson's Hospital School in Westmeath.
It is his 670th day behind bars since his imprisonment for breaching court orders restraining him from the premises of the school.
Mr Burke is also insisting the process around a Disciplinary Appeals Panel convened to assess the fairness of his dismissal is "rotten to its core".
It comes after he interupted its latest hearing in Athlone, arguing a solicitor and barrister representing the school's board of management should not have been present.
It's unclear at this point if the appeals process will be resolved in the near future.
