The father of a four year old boy who lost his life in an Offaly arson attack is pleading with a judge to be sentenced this week.
27 year old Aaron Holt previously pleaded guilty to a seizure of €32,000 worth of heroin near his home in Edenderry in January last year.
His son Tadhg and aunt Mary Holt were killed in a petrol bomb attack at a home in Castleview Park in Edenderry last month.
Mr Holt was denied compassionate bail, from a sentence he's already serving, to attend Tadhg's funeral last month.
Judge Keenan Johnson agreed to the request and will deliver a sentence at a hearing tomorrow.
