A liquidator has been appointed to the developer of the homes Meathamatic.
Five couples are still tackling a developer over their money and future homes in the Midlands.
Entrepeneur Joe Ellias funded the construction of 16 houses in the Ringfort estate in Rathmolyon in Meath in 2019 through his company Meathamatic.
Works halted in 2023 when the company went into receivership, with a liquidator being appointed last week after a Revenue audit revealed tax liabilities in the hundreds of thousands.
