Framework Due To Lift Dublin Airport Passenger Cap

It comes amid a travel surge.

A framework for proposed laws to address Dublin Airport's passenger cap will be brought forward in the next two weeks. 

It comes as Tourism Ireland reports a 12% rise in seats on planes coming to Ireland this winter and spring, compared to the same period last year. 

The Programme for Government includes an objective to lift the 32 million passenger cap.
