The family lost everything in the blaze, which broke out yesterday morning.
A fundraiser has been launched to support a midlands family whose house was devastated by a fire.
Tomas and Joanne, and their two children, Laura and Brian, lost everything except the 'clothes they were wearing' in the blaze, which occurred in the Oakfield area of Tullamore yesterday morning at around 4.25am.
Fire crews managed to bring the fire under control quickly and prevent its spread through the roof of the adjoining house. Firefighters remained on site until 9am.
Nobody was injured in the fire, but the family's home was destroyed and they are now homeless.
The family is looking for a house to rent. They say their neighbours are also in need of alternative accommodation as they have had to move out of their home.
