The Westmeath couple died in a two car collision.
Two of the victims of a New Year's Eve crash will be laid to rest this week.
Saoirse Corrigan from Whitehall and Castlepollard's Shane Gilchrist died in a head on collision on the N52 near Kells, approximately 4:15pm last Friday.
The driver of the second car, a woman in her 20s, was brought to Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown to be treated for her injuries where she later passed.
Three children were also injured in the incident.
Saoirse will be laid to rest on Wednesday after funeral mass in St. John The Baptist Church, Whitehall for 12.30 and Shane's funeral mass will take place in St. Michael's Church at 11.30 on Thursday morning with burial afterwards to adjoining cemetery.
