Two burglaries and damage to a premises occurred over the weekend.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a number of incidents in the midlands.
A sum of cash was taken during a burglary at a house in Harbour Street Tullamore yesterday between 7pm and 10.30pm.
They are also investigating a break in at a home in Fortyacres, Daingean, which occurred between 4pm on Saturday and 9am on Sunday.
In Birr, a window was broken at a premises in Connaught Street over the weekend.
