A stretch of the M7 had been blocked.
*UPDATE*
A stretch of motorway in the midlands has re-opened following a crash.
The M7 between Junction 15 in Ballybrittas and Junction 16 Portlaoise has been closed after a collision involving a single vehicle towing a boat.
But Gardaí say the road has now fully re-opened, and no serious injuries have been reported.
