Gardaí investigating four burglaries in Westmeath believe the incidents could be connected.
Jewellery and money were among the items stolen from homes in the Mullingar area on November 30th and December 1st.
Gardai are urging the public to ensure they lock all their doors and windows before leaving their houses.
