A landmark scoping inquiry report this week found 63 allegations of sexual abuse at 17 schools in the midlands over a period of 30 years.
The claims involved 31 alleged abusers in the region.
Nationally, the report revealed around 2,400 allegations of abuse involving more than 800 alleged abusers.
