The first event is in Laois on Sunday with most events taking place over Christmas.
GOAL Mile events are returning to the Midlands this Christmas - with the first one to take place this Sunday in Laois.
It takes place on the grounds of Clough/Ballacolla GAA and The Harps GAA and starts at 10 am.
Participants can run or walk a mile to raise funds for some of the world's poorest and most vulnerable communities in Africa and the Middle East.
