The Garda Representative Association think its especially needed after the e-scooter ban for under 18's.
The Garda Representative Association is seeking stronger supports for its members, after e-scooters are set to banned from under 18's from next month.
They feel a legal framework for pursuing vehicle and a strong training policy on the issue needs to be put in place to avoid gardaí ending up before the courts.
The group has previously highlighted the issue with the Garda Commissioner.
