The Fianna Fáil Deputy resigned as Minister of State following the revelation he failed to declare, in full, his business and property interests.
A hearing into allegations against former Junior Minister Robert Troy is due to be held next month.
The hearing into alleged contraventions of the Ethics in Public Office Act will be held on June 10th.
The Longford Westmeath Fianna Fáil TD resigned as Junior Enterprise Minister after The Ditch revealed he had failed to declare, in full, his property and business interests between 2020 and 2022.
Deputy Troy corrected the register before stepping down as Minister of State.
In a statement to Midlands 103 this evening, he says he remains committed to engaging with SIPO, and he welcomes the confirmation of the hearing date.
He also says he won't be making further comment until after the hearing.
