An Offaly dog is being deemed as a hero as he saved his walkers life.
6 year old husky Jake was found as a stray in 2021 and after spending a few months in the care of dogs trust, he was able to find a loving home in January 2022.
When staying at a boarding kennel he was brought for a walk when his dog walker suddenly felt dizzy and fell unconscious, the Husky stayed by her side and barked persistently to attract attention.
