The open sessions are part of a study at TUS Athlone to improve postmenopausal women's health outcomes.
Postmenopausal women are being offered a chance to check in on their mental and physical health in Westmeath this summer.
The Technological University of the Shannon Athlone is conducting health and fitness testing days throughout the months of July and August.
The goal of the study is to improve postmenopausal women's health outcomes and encourage physical activity.
Sessions will last approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
