The largest income was generated in Tullamore.
The HSE received over 1.2 million euro in income from its public hospital car parks in the midlands last year.
According to freedom of information figures, over half a million euro was collected in Regional Hospital Tullamore.
Midlands Regional Hospital Mullingar was the next highest, at 410,000 and 314,000 euro was collected in Portlaoise.
