Mental Health and stress related issues on farms need to be tackled by being more open.
That's the message from the The Irish Cattle and Sheep Farmers’ Association who are launching a new initiative called 'Life Focus' at the National Ploughing Championships in Ratheniska this week.
The ICSA, which is based in Portlaoise, says farmers are being confronted with a multitude of challenges and they want to see them improving their mental health literacy, and help-seeking behaviour.
