It follows an emergency meeting called by Bord Bia Director and IFA President, Ballinakill's Francie Gorman last week.
The IFA says it will demonstrate outside Bord Bia's headquarters until its Chairperson is removed.
It wants to see Larry Murrin stand down from his role over revelations his company, Dawn Farm Foods, has been importing beef from Brazil.
So far the majority of the board, and the Agriculture Minister are standing by Mr Murrin.
