Several items were taken from an office in the Lissywollen stadium over the weekend, including the club's computer, and officials are still assessing the full cost of the damage.
The club has released a statement outlining its disappointment and annoyance at the robbery over the weekend.
Anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in and around the ground over the last few days is urged to contact gardaí.
