Irish Primary Principals' Network Believes Schools Are Prepared For Second Closure

But its president says online learning at national school level is a poor substitute.

The President of the Irish Primary Principals' Network believes educators are more prepared for a second closure of schools, if required. 

There's reports students are being told to take books home with them for the winter break as a precaution. 

Offaly's Damien White doesn't envisage that will be necessary and expects pupils to return on January 6th.
