It's for offences arising from the investigation into Ashling Murphy's murder.
Jozef Puska’s two brothers, and their wives, will not appeal their convictions for offences arising from the investigation into Ashling Murphy’s murder.
His brothers, Marek and Lubomir, withheld information from gardai; while their wives burned the clothes Jozef Puska was wearing when he murdered Ms Murphy in Tullamore.
At a brief hearing today, the court was told all four accept the jury’s verdicts and will not be appealing their convictions.
Before their trial, Jozef Puska’s wife, Lucia Istokova, pleaded guilty to a charge of withholding information.
Their sentence hearing will take place in October.
