A Laois business is set to become the first producer of oat milk in Ireland.
The Merry Mill, owned by the Scully family, has been producing porridge in Vicarstown for a number of years.
But it's now branching out and launching its own oat drink later this year, offering an alternative - particularly for vegans and those who are lactose-intolerant.
