Independent rep Brian Stanley is highlighting issues in Laois with regards infrastructure due to the significant population growth in Portlaoise.
A couple in Laois were quoted over 20,000 euro for a water connection, with the calculations being €6,200 for the first 10 metres, and €800 per metre after that.
