Locals have raised concerns over the lack of lighting in Offaly towns.
'Large parts of Tullamore town are being pitched into darkness'.
That's according to Sinn Fein Councillor in Offaly Aoife Masterson, who believes the Srath road in Tullamore is becoming increasingly dangerous because a row of lights are regularly out there.
She says Offaly County Council's metrics are saying the lighting situation is adequate.
Ms Masterson says the Council has chosen the wrong contractor for light repair:
