Ross O'Rourke last appeared before the courts on the 23rd December.
A man is due back in court today, charged with the murder of his father in Westmeath.
The body of 65-year-old fortune teller, Stefan Nivelles Posschier, was found on October 25 at his home in Rattin.
His son, 28-year-old Ross O'Rourke, of no fixed abode, was remanded in custody for fourth time on the 23rd of December last year.
He has been held at Cloverhill Prison since, and is due to appear in Mullingar District Court again today.
