Former government minister and Westmeath TD Mary O'Rourke has been paying tribute to the RTÉ broadcaster, who died suddenly yesterday, at the age of 69.
She presented current affairs programmes since 1974, and is credited with bringing exceptional empathy and intelligence to her interviewing.
