The median price of a house is rising in the Midlands.
According to Geowox's latest report, Laois saw the biggest increase in the region, with prices going from €305,000 euro to €365,000 euro, a 19.7% increase.
This is followed by Offaly, which jumped 18.7% from €241,000 euro to €286,000 euro, while Westmeath saw a 9.4% increase, going up to €315,000 from €288,000.
Dublin has the highest median prices at just under €500,000.
