A midlands fishmonger, whose business was forced to close last year due to spiraling energy costs, is back to work.
Al's Fish Shop in Portarlington closed its doors last October, following a massive jump in its annual electricity bill, from €12,000 to €37,000.
But owner Alan Mitchell is back selling fish in a new location, at Feighery's Butchers in Portlaoise.
