A Midlands MEP says the story of Paddy Dunican's death is a cautionary tale that should be heeded.
The long time manager of Kilbeggan Racecourse in Westmeath took his own life last April.
Midlands Northwest MEP, Ciaran Mullooly, was a long time friend of Mr Dunican's and believes he was struggling to shoulder the pressure of running the racecourse.
It follows a recent report that in his final days, he had put together a dossier of documents that amounted to a history of issues he was dealing with at Kilbeggan.
Mr Mullooly says he feels questions still need to answered:
