Staff of Carlow College are slamming plans to make more than 85 lecturers redundant, saying generations of educational expertise are being lost.
It follows an announcement in May, that the college would wind down its operations, with its campus falling under the ownership of South East Technological University.
Staff representative Dr Regina Donlon says workers haven’t been consulted with, and were left in the dark about their future.
