A midlands owned company is set to be bought for €318m.

Tullamore's Paul Carroll and his wife Anne Heraty who started recruitment firm CPL Resources, have agreed to sell to a Japanese group.

Chairman of outsourcing Haruhikho Doi says they're looking forward to working closely with CPL's senior management and employees to bolster CPL's best in class talent solution services.

The deal is still subject to regulatory and shareholder approval.
